Perfect family escape

The experience was really good, especially the staff's attention to detail. They even decorated our room with toys and stuffed animals for my kid.

It wasn't cheap, but totally acceptable for what you get.

We had an amazing time with friends, enjoying a power walk through the nearby Royal park and a relaxing spa treatment. The rooms were super comfortable with amazing linens. Don't miss the gin&tonics at the bar—they're huge and delicious! I can't wait to come back next time we're in the area!

Every morning, we were greeted with fresh fruit and delightful treats. The staff went above and beyond to see to our needs during our stay—that sense of warmth made our experience truly special!

One issue was the minor wait time upon check-in due to several large groups checking in at the same time, which slightly dampened the arrival excitement.

Excellent hotel with its cute staff, great fitness center, and relaxing spa. I remember how they helped with my luggage on my first stay. Don’t miss the delicious gin&tonics at the bar! I’m coming back for a city trip.
